SINGAPORE CRICKET ASSOCIATION RULES OF THE SINGAPORE CRICKET ASSOCIATION CONSTITUTION (Amendment as per minutes of EOGM dated 10th Dec 2010) |
1. NAME: The Association shall be called "THE SINGAPORE CRICKET ASSOCIATION" and its place of business shall be at 31 Stadium Crescent Singapore 397639.
2. OBJECTS: The objects of the Association shall be to encourage, foster, promote and control the game of cricket within the Republic of Singapore and the participation of Singapore sides in international and other representative matches whether within the Republic of Singapore or not.
3. INTERPRETATION: The General Committee shall be the sole authority for the interpretation of these rules and the decision thereon of the General Committee for the time being shall be binding on all members.
